Let's Bring Inclusive Playground Equipment to Silverdale!
12% of our population has a disability that affects at least one function of daily living. In our community we have children unable to participate in outdoor activities as most children are accustomed to.
The Silverdale Rotary is working to bring Inclusive Playground equipment to Silverdale. Working with the Kitsap County Parks, accessible equipment will be integrated with existing playground equipment at the park in Old Town Silverdale. Thus, allowing a play space for all children.

Needs
The Silverdale Rotary Club gives back to our local community! We provide funding for a multitude of area needs.
Our current project is to purchase accessible playground equipment for the Silverdale Waterfront Park so that all children, inclusive of all abilities, have access to a safe and fun outdoor play experience at Silverdale's most popular park.
