Hope lives here.
Kitsap Mental Health Services offers hope and opportunity to more than 8,000 community members each year by providing compassionate, recovery-centered behavioral health care.
Our dedicated professional staff are experts in delivering a broad continuum of mental health and substance use treatment for all ages. Services include crisis, inpatient, outpatient and residential treatment and referrals, with each individualized to best support recovery.
We know recovery happens because we see it every day at our facilities and programs in Bremerton, South Kitsap and North Kitsap. They include:
-
Pendleton Place – In May 2022, we opened the county's first large supportive housing complex for chronically homeless residents with severe mental illness, addictions and chronic health conditions. As a result, 72 people now have permanent homes and comprehensive services to support their recovery.
-
Crisis Triage Center – We opened this facility in 2018 to meet a longstanding community need for crisis care. It provides short-term stabilization, crisis services and referrals for adults who need 24/7 care, but do not require hospitalization.
-
Pacific Hope and Recovery Center – This center also fills a vital community need by providing residential care for adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
-
Kitsap Clubhouse – We began this free program in 2022 to provide a safe space for people living with serious mental illness. Clubhouse helps members achieve their recovery goals by connecting them to employment, education, housing and a community of support.
