The Kitsap County Association of REALTORS®  participation in the Kitsap Great Give is a great way to kick off our fundraising for the year and to benefit from the event’s promotional efforts. Listen to our 2022 Affiliate Chair, Susan Larsen, discuss the Foundation, its goals and how the funds have helped two recipients: 


Founded in 1919, the Kitsap County Association of REALTORS® is a trade organization whose primary members are licensed real estate professionals, known as REALTORS®.  Many of the estate related businesses throughout Kitsap County are also represented and belong to the KCAR Affiliate Committee. The Committee facilitates communication between our Affiliates, REALTORS® and the community by planning and participating in scheduled events designed to help when the need arises. 

The Association created the Kitsap County Association of REALTORS® Foundation as a means to extend our reach from our industry into the Kitsap community. We’d like to say, “Thank you!” for your interest and generous support!


Mission

Kitsap County Association of REALTORS® Foundation was established with a mission to offer a helping hand to Realtors and Affiliates facing financial hardships in the aftermath of crises Through a grant program and contributions to needs in our community.

We recognize that unexpected challenges can significantly impact individuals and their families within the real estate industry. Through our grant program, we aim to alleviate financial burdens and empower these professionals to rebuild and regain stability.

In addition to assisting Realtors and Affiliates, Kitsap County Association of REALTORS® Foundation extends its support to other Kitsap County non-profits that are actively engaged in community service. By contributing to these organizations, we amplify the positive impact on the lives of community members. We believe in fostering a collaborative and supportive environment that strengthens the fabric of our community.
