Kids In Concert is a creative youth development program in North Kitsap County. KIC provides an instrument, instruction, and support in a free, 4 day per week, after-school program. Our 75 students (ages 5-18) are from varied demographic and economic backgrounds - 55% identify as a race/ethnicity other than Caucasian, the majority Native American. KIC believes in the transformative power of music, and supportive, caring adults, to positively impact youth otcomes and critical life decisions. KIC is celebrating a huge milestone and we hope you will join us. As a community partner with the Seattle Symphony, KIC will be performing on the mainstage at Benaroya Hall, April 19th at 7:30 pm. The program will feature a work by Max Dawes, a KIC graduate and Suquamish Tribe member. His composition, Creation, is the telling of the Suquamish creation myth for orchestra with narrator. We'd love for our community to show up in force! Tickets are free but must be reserved. You can use the QR code in the flyer to reserve them today. We hope to see you there!

Cultivating compassion and developmental well-being of youth through the healing power of music.
Kids In Concert delivers a free music education and the support to over 75 students in a four day per week after school program. Our needs range from paying our talented teachers a living wage to buying healthy snacks for our students. The cost of a KIC education is $5,000 per student per year exclusive of the instruments which we provide. Thank you for helping us make it possible.
