Manchester’s library isn’t just a building—it’s the heart of our community. Unlike other Kitsap Regional Library branches, the Friends of Manchester Library owns and maintains the building—meaning local donations keep the doors open, the programs running, and the space welcoming for everyone in South Kitsap.

We expanded the library in 2023 with 900 additional square feet thanks to incredible community support.
