Bainbridge Chorale

A nonprofit organization

The Bainbridge Chorale is comprised of an 80-voice adult chorus and a 65-voice youth ensemble, the Bainbridge Youth Choir. The adult chorus produces several performances each of two or three major concerts each year. The Youth Choir presents two concerts jointly with adult chorus and sings in various outreach locations annually.  As well, the Chorale hosts several community events during the year, such as the annual Community Caroling event, co-hosted with Ovation MTB and Amabile Choir as a benefit for Helpline House, the free annual "Messiah" Sing-along, and the Summer Sing, an open-to-the public choral reading session in July.

Mission

Bainbridge Chorale enriches and inspires our singers, audiences, and community by sharing the transcendent power of choral music.

Needs

Earned income from ticket sales and membership fees provides only a fraction of the revenue necessary to fulfill our mission of sharing the joy of experiencing choral music with all, regardless of ability to pay. We depend on contributed income from grants, donations and community giving days like the Kitsap Great Give to make our programs and services, especially our Youth Choir program, accessible to all.
